How does the process work for ordering new custom furniture?
Our team is happy to assist you in ordering new furniture, and you can choose fabrics in-store or take home swatches to browse with or without the guidance of our designer, while we also help with selecting leg styles, sizes, and other custom options to perfectly fit your space.
What is your return policy?
B's Home Gallery offers a 7-day return policy on new items. All sales are final on consignment items and custom orders.

Does B’s Home Gallery offer delivery?
In-store pick up and delivery options are available. Call the store (636~209-5091) for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards(Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and select digital wallets.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect present for any decor lover. Available in any amount. Or a gift card for our in-home design consultation is a stylish solution for the person who has everything-except the perfect room layout.
Do you offer seasonal decor selections?
We do! From cozy fall accents to festive winter pieces, our seasonal collections are updated regularly.
How can I consign at B’s Home Gallery?
To consign, email high quality photos of items to barb@bhomegallery.com. Please include your name and phone number. We’ll review your items and, if accepted, advise on logistics. Or you can visit the store with photos of the items you wish to consign.
How do I get paid when my consigned items sell?
On the 10th of the month following the sale of your item(s), a check will be issued and mailed. Or if you choose, a store credit can be issued instead (you will earn an extra 10% store credit with this option).
