All our ceramic tiles are wrapped and insulated properly for delivery to ensure it arrives in exact condition as it left our studios.
All items will be shipped with a signature on delivery service. Please ensure that somebody is at the collection address, otherwise you will have to pay extra costs for resending the item. Please note that for shipping purposes, we will use the address you provided in, unless we are advised otherwise in advance.
Shipping Method is by Courier Service
We ship everyday except Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday.
All orders are shipped after full payment has been received and cleared. We aim to process orders within 1-7 working days of cleared payment, but this may take a few days longer if the design desired is complicated.
